Submitting to more than one journal is a good idea. Of course we hope you will submit your work to GDL, but not every piece that a writer writes is the right fit for every journal. GDL's basic philosophy is to support women writers. So if you are someone who is serious about getting published, then submit your work to a variety of journals. For deadlines and additional information, you'll have to click the links. And as with any submission, read a number of the journals stories, memoirs, poems, or artwork/photography to make sure your work is a fit.
